The renovation of this apartment in the Vallcarca neighborhood, with a perimeter terrace oriented both to sea and mountains, has sought to increase the size and feeling of spaciousness of all spaces, reducing the night area to two rooms with a shared dressing room and bathroom. The L-shaped day area surrounds it, allowing exits to the terrace both from the living room and from the kitchen, the main spaces of the house operating as a circle around the bedrooms.
The image of the floor, eminently white, is nuanced in the finishes of the pavement and exterior carpentry, both of wood, and in the countertops of bathrooms and kitchen, of microcement and marble. The wood is also used outside to create a pergola and the new terrace railing.
