This small-range renovation, around 25 m2 surface, has been executed in order to convert an old bathroom and a disused study, located on the ground floor of an existing single house, into a complete bedroom, including dressing room and adapted bathroom, to be used by a person with reduced mobility.
The bathroom has been divided into three spaces: the washbasin and dressing room, the shower (with no step, once the bathtub has disappeared) and the toilet. In the main area, the ancien hydraulic tiles have been replaced, as well as the washbasin piece of furniture.
